Qui si vive una vera ospitalit\u00e0 e si percepisce subito con quanta passione e dedizione Andrea gestisca la sua struttura. Si prende cura dei suoi ospiti con un\u2019attenzione e una premura incredibili. Si capisce che qui non si \u00e8 semplicemente un numero, ma che ogni ospite viene davvero visto, accolto e valorizzato.\n\nL\u2019arredamento \u00e8 elegante, moderno e allo stesso tempo estremamente funzionale. In ogni angolo si notano piccoli dettagli curati con amore, che dimostrano quanto grande sia l\u2019attenzione dedicata alla qualit\u00e0 e al benessere degli ospiti. Le camere sono impeccabilmente pulite e ci si sente subito a proprio agio e in ottime mani.\n\nLa colazione \u00e8 semplicemente fantastica. Andrea serve una splendida selezione di delizie che si possono gustare ammirando una vista mozzafiato sul mare e su Noli. Buchst Du \u00fcblicherweise auch ein Zimmer an einem sch\u00f6nen Ort und denkst, meistens bin ich unterwegs und komme eh nur zum Schlafen und f\u00fcrs' Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck ins Hotel? Bei Ca' de Tobia hatte ich nicht das Gef\u00fchl, ich m\u00fcsse im Aussen und Draussen meine Ferien verbringen. Andrea &amp; Fabrizio haben die R\u00e4umlichkeiten in eine Oase des Wohlbefindens und des \"sich daheim f\u00fchlens\" erschaffen. Die alten R\u00e4umlichkeiten wurden fantastisch renoviert und s\u00e4mtliche Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet, mit sch\u00f6nen Farben, Materialien und Dekorationen (wenig aber mit so viel Stil). Das Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck ist jeweils ein Highlight des Vormittags. Es wird einem serviert und l\u00e4sst keine W\u00fcnsche \u00fcbrig; und falls doch, so darf man diese unbedingt auch anbringen. Sich Massagen zu g\u00f6nnen bei Fabrizio ist ein Wohlgenuss. Er beherrscht verschiedene Therapieformen und man f\u00fchlt sich im wohlriechendem Therapiezimmer in den besten H\u00e4nden. Ich bin so gl\u00fccklich Noli und das Ca' de Tobia kennengelernt zu haben und freue mich, eines Tages wieder herzureisen. Le camere sono confortevoli, molto curate e il letto \u00e8 davvero comodo.\n\nUn capitolo a parte merita la colazione: semplicemente eccezionale. Ogni mattina c\u2019era qualcosa di nuovo da scoprire, con prodotti freschi, locali e di ottima qualit\u00e0. Una piccola sorpresa quotidiana che rendeva speciale l\u2019inizio della giornata.\n\nAnche la posizione \u00e8 perfetta: basta attraversare la strada per trovarsi davanti a un mare cristallino, mentre il centro di Noli, con i suoi ristoranti, bar e vicoli caratteristici, \u00e8 facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.\n\nMa ci\u00f2 che rende questo posto davvero speciale \u00e8 Andrea. Hotellet er nydelig.  Bare fem rom og de er lekre.  Veldig fint bad, god aircondition, rent, ryddig og smakfullt. Andrea er en enest\u00e5ende vert.  Han tok i mot oss da vi kom, var veldig hjelpsom, ordnet alt vi trengte hjelp med og sjarmerte oss med sin positive og vennlige innstilling. Frokosten er en opplevelse, ny type foccacia hver morgen, deilig kaffe og masse godsaker. Hotellet har to balkonger og selv om vi ikke hadde balkong tilh\u00f8rende rommet v\u00e5rt s\u00e5 f\u00f8ltes det slik da det alltid var ledig bord p\u00e5 balkongene.\nHotellet ligger veldig sentralt i den nydelige byen Noli, og like ved stranden.  Den ene dagen tilbrakte vi p\u00e5 den offentlige stranden som er gratis.  Den andre dagen tilbrakte vi p\u00e5 den private strandklubben Bagni Vittoria like ved hotellet.  Det drives faktisk av Andreas s\u00f8ster og anbefales absolutt.  Vi kom med tog fra Genova til Spottorno- Noli-stasjon.  Hotellet hadde ordnet taxi som ventet p\u00e5 oss og det tar bare 10 min og kostet 15 euro til hotelld\u00f8ren. Si prende cura dei suoi ospiti con un\u2019attenzione e una premura incredibili. Si capisce che qui non si \u00e8 semplicemente un numero, ma che ogni ospite viene davvero visto, accolto e valorizzato.\n\nL\u2019arredamento \u00e8 elegante, moderno e allo stesso tempo estremamente funzionale. In ogni angolo si notano piccoli dettagli curati con amore, che dimostrano quanto grande sia l\u2019attenzione dedicata alla qualit\u00e0 e al benessere degli ospiti. Le camere sono impeccabilmente pulite e ci si sente subito a proprio agio e in ottime mani.\n\nLa colazione \u00e8 semplicemente fantastica. Andrea serve una splendida selezione di delizie che si possono gustare ammirando una vista mozzafiato sul mare e su Noli. Anche il parcheggio privato \u00e8 un grande vantaggio: l\u2019auto \u00e8 al sicuro e poi si viene accompagnati comodamente alla struttura con un servizio navetta.\n\nQuesta \u00e8 per me la definizione di un ospite perfetto e di una struttura perfetta. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spotless, and breakfast was delicious, made with fresh homemade ingredients and served with great care. A lovely personal touch was the luxurious body wash provided in the shower, its wonderful fragrance and quality made a shower feel like a relaxing spa experience. La colazione era un vero e proprio banchetto: dolce e salato, con prodotti freschi e di qualit\u00e0, ideale per iniziare la giornata con il piede giusto. La posizione \u00e8 perfetta: direttamente di fronte alla spiaggia, separata solo dalla strada. Si accede da un caratteristico cancello verde in ferro battuto che conduce a un cortile interno; al piano rialzato e al primo piano si trovano le camere del B&amp;B. La nostra stanza era confortevole, arredata con gusto e dotata di aria condizionata. Il bagno, molto spazioso, disponeva di una grande doccia. Per chi non trovasse parcheggio in zona, \u00e8 disponibile un posto auto in un parcheggio privato a meno di 5 minuti di macchina: l\u2019host si occupa personalmente di accompagnare gli ospiti, al costo di 15 euro al giorno. La colazione \u00e8 stata una vera sorpresa, assolutamente straordinaria. Andrea, l\u2019host, oltre a essere una persona solare e piacevole, \u00e8 anche un cuoco eccellente. Ogni mattina ci ha deliziati con frullati di frutta fresca, yogurt con frutta dolcissima, brioches, pane e focacce fatte in casa, diverse marmellate artigianali e torte squisite. Pi\u00f9 che una colazione, un vero banchetto!
