Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unforeseen events happen, but the time reserved for you is valuable.

Free Cancellation: You can cancel or reschedule the appointment without penalties up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Late Cancellation: For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
No-Show: In case of a no-show without any communication, the full amount of the booked treatment will be charged.

Arrival and Delay

Punctuality: We encourage you to arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time to fill out any consent forms and relax.
Client Delay: In case of a delay, the duration of the massage may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. However, the cost of the treatment will remain unchanged.
