You will be asked to provide you credit card details to pay 30% of the total amount in advance.
The booking will be accepted and confirmed via email.
The remaining balance will be due at the end of your stay. Payable in cash or via Credit Card (Visa/ Mastercard/Amex).
In order to receive full refund, the cancellation notice must be sent at least 15 days before the date of the arrival.
After that time Ca’ de Tobia will keep the Deposit.
If the reservation is cancelled the same day of your arrival, the deposit will be kept and you will be asked to pay the first night.
The owner take very seriously his responsibility for customer satisfaction during your stay. Our Staff are available to offer advice or hear of your concerns and complaints and we will always do everything reasonably possible to rectify or make alternative arrangements at the time. However no complaint nor refund requests will be accepted after the end of your stay, if you didn’t at the time of your stay advise us accordingly.
Your Personal Data (ie name, address, email etc.) will only be used by the owner to promote Ca’ de Tobia’s activities such as events or special deals.
They will not be given to any third party. This information can be cancelled at any time upon request.
Upon arrival all guests will be asked to show a valid ID in order to be registered. This is your passport or ID card.
Children (under 18 years old) not travelling with their parents must show a declaration of consent signed by their parents and legal tutor together with a copy of a tutor’s valid ID.
These procedure is compulsory and we regret you cannot be our guest/s without compliance.
You are kindly asked to advise the owner of your arrival time at least 24 hours before.
Coming to Ca’ de Tobia without notice could mean you will have to wait to get in, this inconvenience cannot be used as claim to get refund.
In any case the room will not be available before 14.30.
Breakfast/Brunch will be served in the Dining Room from 08.30 am until 11.00 am.
Rooms will be cleaned from 11.00 am.
The guest house service means that rooms have to be kept free after breakfast, however for longer stay we appreciate that you use them during the day as long as you let us do the cleaning properly.
Every object you find in the room is at your convenience and disposal, please treat them with respect.
All damages and breakages must be reported to reception and all willful or deliberate damage must be paid for (at cost) immediately.
You are kindly asked to be respectful of other guests at all times.
There is no smoking inside Ca’ de Tobia at anytime.
The owner is not responsible for any personal or valuable objects left unattended in the room or in the guest house at anytime. Nor for Vehicles parked on or nearby the premises.
At the end of your last day the room must be free by 11.30 am.
